Facebook Releases Renewed Atlas, A Competing To Google’s DoubleClick

Facebook has declared the discharge of Atlas, an marketing system which they say has been renewed from the floor up to “tackle today’s promotion difficulties.”


Facebook explains today’s promotion difficulties as being able to achieve individuals across gadgets, and connecting the gap between on the internet opinions and off-line buys. Atlas will supposedly deal with those difficulties with a remedy that’s being known as “people-based promotion.”

Erik Brown, Head of Atlas, explains people-based promotion in a release:

Atlas provides people-based promotion, assisting promoters achieve real individuals across gadgets, systems and marketers. By doing this, promoters can quickly fix the cross-device problem through focusing on, providing and calculating across gadgets. And, Atlas can now link on the internet strategies to real off-line product sales, eventually showing the real effect that digital strategies have in driving step-by-step achieve and new product sales.

This launch comes at a time when the common customer’s direction to buy, both in store and on the internet, is being significantly affected as the client is revealed to ads across several gadgets.

Atlas statements today’s technological innovation for ad providing and statistic, which we all know as biscuits, are defective when used by themselves:

Cookies don’t work on mobile, are becoming less precise in market focusing on and can’t quickly or perfectly evaluate the client buy channel across internet explorer and gadgets or into the off-line world.

The launch also declares that Atlas has been renewed on an entirely new rule platform, with a renewed customer interface designed especially for press organizers. It comes with built-in focusing on and statistic abilities, and is designed to make simpler cross-device promotion with new ways of analyzing press efficiency.

Atlas will be integrating with a number of companies to bring “people-based” statistic to more programs and systems by providing smooth integrations.

As an example, Instagram is joined with Atlas as a founder, which means mean the system is incorporated with Atlas to both evaluate and confirm ad opinions. For Atlas promoters who are already operating strategies through Instagram, Instagram ads will be involved in Atlas confirming.
